Description: The responsibilities of a Middle East Center Teaching Ambassador, are a K-12 teacher in Philadelphia who will promote events and opportunities from the Middle East Center to the K-12 community, teach a course using the provided online subscription module, and provide feedback on how the Middle East Center can better serve Philadelphia area teachers. Ambassadors will receive a $500 stipend and support for professional development, free access to subscription online teaching modules, and access to the University of Pennsylvania Library.
